About Hospice Friends

Hospice Friends is a tax exempt, charitable non-profit organization under section 501(c) (3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Our mission is to provide peace, comfort, and care to  anyone facing a life-threatening illness, to the frail elderly, and those with a short-term medical need in Kittitas County. Hospice Friends promotes a caring community without affiliation to any specific religious orientation or political view. We have been providing services, supplies and equipment to the elderly and anyone facing a life threatening illness in Kittitas County since 1983. Hospice Friends was formed by a small group of dedicated individuals who believed that people are entitled to quality of life even when quantity is limited. We are funded by the generosity of individuals and businesses who support our mission.
