Bridget Wood joins Hospice Friends October 12, 2021 as the Program Administrator. Bridget has been serving her community in the nonprofit sector for several years and is looking forward to continuing by leading Hospice Friends and their clients. She has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, business management, and fundraising. Bridget’s extensive knowledge of leading a nonprofit organization, administrative employment background, and education will lead Hospice Friends to success and continuity of serving Kittitas County residents in need of Hospice Friends programs.
Bridget earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. She is an outdoor enthusiast that is often found afoot in the mountains on her time off with her family. Her children are in middle school and keep the family busy with athletics and outdoor activities.
Bridget serves as the Chair of the Central Washington Mule Deer Foundation, serves on the Kittitas County Public Lands Advisory Committee, and the WDFW LT Murray Wildlife Area Committee to better serve the community and represent the interests of the outdoorsmen and women of Kittitas County.
